  Simply loved and enjoyed my stay at maytower hotel. its one of the best places to stay. centrally located and the rooms are very comfortable.

  La planta donde estaba nuestro habitacion estaba en mal estado, necesita limpieza y rehabitilacion, alfombras sucios y viejas, pero lo demas todo muy bien.

  Room is small and too narrow.

  The hotel is not well maintained. we were first put in a room in which the water heater was not working. then were shifted to a second room where there was no light. it took more than 1 hour to fix the light (at 23.30 hours). the second room was not well vacuum cleaned (important since there was a rug on the floor). on the second day we could not enter our room as they had changed the code of the digital key. all rather agitating. a positive point was that there was one lady in the reception desk who was very helpful and pleasant.

  I had a bad experience over at your hotel,firstly i was misinformed by one of your staff when i called in about the room rates. secondly i had to wait for almost an hour for my check in, which is very very unprofesional, the manager on duty on that day as well to my suprise never looked into our matter much. after our check in we requested for iron and hair dryer ,we had to call the room service almost 3 times before we got what we wanted after almost a 30 hours wait. is this how a hotel service is suppose to be??.....this would sadly be my worst hotel stay.
