  The reception staff should be more friendly, professional and ready to help. they seem to be disinterested in customers. i sent them an email to ask for info and they did not reply. they do not speak english and are not very helpful. the usual answer would be no for whatever you ask. the beds were great!!

  I was travelling by myself, and was placed in a room with two single beds. room service moved the beds together.

  The breakfast was horrible and the captain for the coffe house not that friendly. our rm was not being clean until we are back in the afternoon.
