  I have been to this hotel a number of times. its a pity that the excellent view from rooms, of twin tower etc. are getting blocked by new constructions taking place.

  My stay was disrupted by the construction work going on at the hotel. work was taking place between the hours 0800-2000, which meant it was not possible to come back to the hotel for some rest and relaxation during that period because all i heard was hammers banging and drilling - not very pleasant. after i complained to the front desk they moved me to a room on a higher level and i had no further problems. it would have been useful to know that there was construction going on before i booked the hotel. having known this beforehand i would have booked somewhere else to stay.

  Arrivées a 20h30 chambre soit disant pas prête donc nous avons été placée dans une autre chambre qui n'était pas de la catégorie que nous avions réservé et devions être changées le lendemain dans la chambre que nous avions réservé. le lendemain donc nous demandons a changer et on nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de chambre disponible pour nous même si la réservation avait été faite 2 mois a l'avance. donc nous ne sommes pas satisfaites de cet hôtel.

  To check any leakage of piping system in the toilet and bathroom. during my stay in room 1303, there is leaking of the sink and water dripping when your do washing hand. please do checking before room deliver to guest. thank you.

  Despite the hotel is currently renovating its parking lots, the shuttle service to the temporary parking lots is excellent! very friendly & helpful staff.

  Timber floors look beautiful but sound carries. with us sailors at the hotel there was a fair bit of activity between rooms.

  Although we arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm our room was not available until after 4pm. we had a view of a building site from our window, we were kept awake until early morning by building work next door to the hotel and it was difficult to walk in the road outside due to the construction works. the buffet dinner and breakfast served tepid food, not hot and overall we were very disappointed at the generally below standard compared with other kl hotels in which we have stayed.

  Current renovation at the hotel which affected the parking arrangements should have been made known during booking. while not a deal breaker, it posed a considerable bit of inconvenience.

  Clean and helpful staff. though i got my fruit basket only in the evening after requesting for it more than a few times. otherwise, everything was excellent at the hotel!

  We were given the lowest floor room with almost almost no view of the pertronas twin towers yet the booking stated clearly that the extra charge we paid for the room was because of the view. the frontline staff did not offer any apology. other than this, the service provided by the rest of the staff was good.

  Some serious doubts about the cleanliness of the swimming pool water (viral and bacterial).

  This is a hotel where customer feedback is not important, wrote in to them and nobody bother to reply. check in counter service was horrible, staff was unattentive and not helpful at all.

  Stylish & very comfortable room with partial view of the petronas towers. breakfast buffet was top quality with lots of choices. nice pool. located across the road from the convention centre & klcc park (with huge playground & wading pools - excellent for young children). suria shopping mall within a 10 minute walk & walkable distance to raja chulan monorail station. really enjoyed our stay here.

  When 2 rooms are booked it would be nice if they were next to each other instead of a long way down the corridor from each other. some confusion when a booking slightly different from the norm crops up.

  Great hotel and easy to get around. breakfast is fantastic - can't ask for more! the price is a little steep. reducing the price would definitely put this hotel as "the favourite" among travellers to kl.

  I think the breakfast not really standard with hotel. when i have my bfast there i feel it's my own cook but not from the professional chef. i have been stay with fews 3 stars hotel and the food quiet excellent. anyway thanks for the good services that cant make feel better.

  The hotel carpark too small, our car is a 7 seater and it's hard for us to move around in the carpark and we have no choice but to park it outside the carpark. in fact the hotal should provide another space for hotel guests' cars instead of coming in and out of the small car park, and also we have to exchange complimentary tickets at the counter whenever we want to drive out of the hotel, guest should be given a pass so that it save time and troubles for the guests and the receptionist.

  High praise for the hotel and the staff involved during my stay at the hotel.excellent customer service and quick response from them. i actually tested their quality of service and their patience on one occassion. kudos to the managment! hope to stay there again. bravo!

  Access to car park is difficult. there is no direct elevator to it and guess have to use the staircase instead.

  Key staff personnel are not too customer oriented and not too attentive to customer, e.g. wait too long to check in with no explanation and counter staff too defensive, house keeping took too long to attend to my request. generally the counter staff are not well trained to attend to customers like me such that people who jumped queue is served first.

  1.the queen size bed is too small. 2.breakfast time should extend till 11 am. 3.choices of breakfast are limited. 4.lower the room rates for value. 5.car park no lift????from 4th floor must go down with stairs is ridiculous for a 4 stars hotel.
