  Customer care was fantastic. every member of staff we met was willing to go that extra mile to make us happy.

  We have stayed at hotel equatorial on many occassions, and have never been let down on quality or service. we wil be staying at this hotel later this month.

  Hotel felt old and not of 5 star quality. there were some problems with the check-in. one of the rooms was not ready and only rooms on smoking floor were available. rooms were smaller than expected for a supposedly 5 star hotel. had some problems with the lighting in the room but hotel failed to attend to problem after first call. also made 2 calls about the smell of cigarette smoke and hotel said they would send someone up with an ioniser and spray but no one came.

  Club room facilities were excellent, we really enjoyed having breakfast in the club lounge and the complimentary afternoon tea, evening cocktails and snacks as well as the internet access provided in the club lounge. swimming pool area was nice and sunny. also very handy to monorail for transport.
