  Im staying at second floor and my room was in front of the elevator, i could hear sounds from the road, and conversation of every people came out from the elevator. but other than that, i think my hotel is excellent

  The noise level is something that can be improved especially along the corridor. the other problem is the noise when guest from the other adjoining drag and shift the chair around.

  This is my 4x coming back of staying in my hotel, i stayed for 5days & 4nights. generally i'm happy with the service & facilities. however it would be better for the my hotel staff to alert guest if they are running on trial of door card accessing system so that we understood & can be more tolerent when we had problem to open the door with the access card. this round i experienced my card access always failed to open the door be it before noon or after, since my first day of staying till after a few days i came to know the hotel is running some test on their security system that caused guest had problem to open door with access card.

  During my stay.the ac was not functioning well.due to tired i juz rather to ignore the problem n juz get some sleep cos have to rush to airport very early in the morning.

  Bed bugs in the room. that is the reason for 'very poor' rating in the cleanliness of the room section. you really need to take care of this.

  Bed bugs in room 414 which make us unable to sleep well one whole night. but it is good that hotel staff acts to change a room for me after my feedback.
