  The whole stay was upsetting.. had email & wrote the complaint forms but till now no reply. they really dont care about the guest. they are not professional & im suprise that they do not have any gm at all.

  The toilet ventilation needs to be improved on. although the clealiness is generally good, there is a somewhat awful smell now and then coming from the toilet vents

  A wonderful deluxe-onebedroom-suite. all new facilities. value for money for 45€ per night (no breakfast). we would come again!

  Count of items in room upon arrival did not match inventory list. room service dinner was very good value and delivered promptly.

  I loved the hotel and everything about it. the only one thing that could be improved is the internet service, i think it's pretty expensive. thank you for the amazing time you gave us. hope i'll see you soon.

  Sucasa is in a good area but far from the train/mrt. refrigerator had a live cockroach, was smelly, broken trays. we asked for towels and adaptor, there weren't any. the aircon in one room (we had a 2-br) did not function well. cleanliness is doubtful. hair strands in the bathroom were still there after 3 days and were just pushed under the sink. this size of the room and beds is excellent. we paid extra rm 20 to stay in a "renovated" floor but it was a joke because when we didn't pay extra, we got a better room. the renovated room smelled and had watermarks on the ceiling. the reception was unfriendly and didn't give guests good info. hubby asked if there was a restaurant nearby and was told there was none. luckily, i knew from coming before that there were 5 restaurants in the building across. breakfast has no variety and seemed to be left overs. on new year's day, i bit into a congealed, hard hash brown - yucky. overall, sucasa is good only if you need the space.

  The hotel location is good and convenience if you have a car. the room decorations & furnishing are very basic but clean. about 5mins drive to klcc & 10mins drive to main shopping areas in bukit bintang. the twin bed is a bit small - 3 feet bed. water pressure for shower is good. hardly any smile on the face of the hotel receptionist. overall a good and comfortable hotel to stay.

  Thank you, i have a great stay. i will definately come back to stay there on my next trip. i loved the room... your deluxe room is really cosy, clean and well managed even my 2 year old son keep on mentioning of wating go back there. to my surprise during my stay he even loved to stay in rather than going out. should complement all your staff for the service they provide....really excellent.... thank to all of u also. another thing is i notice that this website is very friendly. keep up the good wk.

  We arrived at 2pm for check in but both our 2 rooms were still occupied and not ready. we were given a temporary room to check in to and were asked to change at about 6pm. it was very inconvenient and disappointing.

  Facilities ok especially the swimming pool. main problem is staff is not friendly and not helpful. for example, i left something near the swimming pool and when i could not find it i asked the staff - instead of helping me locate it, he simply told me that i should contact the housekeeping staff the next day.

  The hotel did not mention when i booked that it was under renovation and its facilities of swimming pool were closed. they just managed to reduce 28 myr from a charge of 378myr per day. there were cockroaches moving around in the room as well as the breakfast location

  As there were renovations taking place during our stay it was particularly noisy during the day, this was a shame.
