  A simple feedback form left in the room would be good to identify light bulbs, plug jacks that don't work for the next person.

  I had to talk for a while what was included in the resservation with the staff at the reception desk. i had ladies room which included the use of the lounge facilities. this was something the staff at the reception did not see and informed me that i had wrong information. i had to reread my printout and show it to the reception on another occasion after which this ladies room-package was then confirmed. other than that, everything was ok.

  Great location, great room, great staff...too bad we were not able to use the swimming pool coz it was under repair..:(

  The carpets need cleaning and if that doesnt work then they need to replace them. it makes the rooms and halls look tired.

  Bathroom was not very clean. signs of aging, would be good to refurbish. a nice hotel but toilets are too old looking. my mom has got an iron board in her room but mine do not have any. standards differ? thou we're both staying in deluxe room. cupboard in my room was drooping on top, didn bother me much but i thought it didn reflect well on the hotel part. toilet was not flushing properly but maintenance came fast enough to settle, thou it still did not work properly, but still manageable. on the whole, nice hotel with nice staff..except the reception can show abit more attention towards small details. overall happy but then again, it was only a one day stay. perhaps have to stay longer to discover more!

  everything was good except for the bed. we requested for a king size bed but what we got was probably a small queen size bed. it would be comfortable if the bed is bigger because my husband who is almost 6 ft tall complained that his legs hang out of the bed because the bed is not long enough if compared to the other beds at hotels that we have stayed before. the pillow and mattress were hard too.

  We had a plesent stay, the indian cheff made us feel homely ,shek sabuddin. food was good especially the night buffay where we could experience warity of international delicasies. felt the prise was on the higher side

  No mini-bar inventory list when i checked-in. on my 5th day, was suddenly charged mini-bar items i didn't even consumed. hotel was kind enough to cancel the bill once i reported it.

  The hotel needs a room renovation for the carpets , bed was confortable , resturant was excellent , and the staff were so kind, in general it was a very good choice thanks to your advice

  Some equipments of our rooms were broken.(e.g. some lights, bathtub, shower...) we requested those repairs, but there repairs were not done.

  There were many big family groups at this hotel and it was very noisy through the night with loud voices and doors constantly slamming as people moved between rooms. this is the only reason why i wouldn't recommend it. otherwise it was a very good hotel with friendly, polite staff.

  The hotel reception was very friendly. upon check-in immediately they notice my birthday is on the next day of my check-in, and they arrange to deliver a cake to my room in celebration of my birthday.

  Checked into jr suite, big room but tv in bed room not receiving programmes well but tv at living room was perfect; air-con in bed room not functioning well ( not cold ) but the one at living room works well. hence need to open the door to allow air con to flow into bed room. door access straight into bed room while it should be the living room first for suite. this gives me the impression the additional living room is "extra" and of no use! overall impression - bad! conclusion : i will not return on my next visit for sure! thank you.

  The renovations were a little inconvenient - especially during check-in and check-out, however the staff were polite and helpful. due to this there was some confusions as to location of certain services. perhaps some added notices would be helpful.
