  Great n clean hotel. they upgraded the room for me whenever they have. service is good. taxi is easy. i will definitely stay here again. foodstall not far. minimart is close by.

  I just cant believe with the outside sighting of the hotel. in view of that, i had to upgrade to a new room just to pleasure the sights. a need of changing the tv remote too. a water hose that leaks!! omg..

  I had read a number of negative comments regarding apha genesis, particularly regarding the poor quality of service. my purpose of writing this review is that most of those comments were unfounded. though the service wasnt great, it wasnt downright terrible as many of the reviews suggested. the rooms and bathrooms were generally clean. though calls to room service and housekeeping often went unanswered, we generally got the front office, and they were able to assist well. the breakfast wasnt great, but was passable.

  Very few front office staff and no bell boy available. business suite was excellent but room cleaning was not that great. room airconditining and bathrooms were excellent.
