  So ein dreckiges hotel für den preis und die sterne habe ich noch nie gesehen. wirklich zeitverschwendung!

  The hotel is very new, staff still needs to learn how to handle guests and requests. for example, the request for a cot at reservation was not honored, even though it was written in the e-mail. after checking in, i had to ask 4 times for a babycot. some staff in the bf restaurants are not that friendly, some gave us the feeling they couldn't care less about you. breakfast and high tea are delicious and there is so much choice in food. as for the room, we were in room 402, got upgraded to premier. it was a very big room, with a big balcony, but it looked as though the room wasn't finished yet, no decorations, our room was lacking chairs and a table on the balcony. also the finishings in the room and lobby were poorly done. and you could still see some stains from the work(ers). carpet was not vacuumed well and the door handles in bathrooms had greasy handmarks. another con was the noisy aircon. location is very good, close to pavillion and 15 min walk (if you walk slow and take pictures) to klcc.

  When i visit kl next time definitly i will choose royale chulan, all the staff are as one family.
