  The worst hotel i would have ever stayed. the staff is so rude. no coffee or tea sachets in the room. no plates or spoons, the drainage in the bathroom gets blocked again and again. thirdgrade hotel. never suggest this to anyone. the price which you guys have charged is a cheat mere cheat.

  Very happy with the service and facility of the hotel; however, variety of breakfast could be improved.

  The hotel staff doesn't have a good knowledge of their own operating system and lack of experience. and the waiting time is too long to check in or check out. doesn't like the reception desk is like partition of post office, hope the quality of the service can be improved. but the room is nice, and the view is great.
