  The hotel could reduce the number of lights they leave on atfet cleaning and attendig to the room the waste of electricity is totally inexcusable. also, they did not folow the practice of replacing towels only if left on the floor. they replaced towels that had been hung up. another waste of resources. i value any commercial entity that behaves as a responsible operation in relation to environmental issues.

  The staff are excellent very helpful and courteous. breakfast was excellent. it is disappointing that the hotel does not provide free wifi facility. furthermore considering the number of tourists visiting kl the hotels should provide a shuttle bus service to the airport. the taxi service from the hotel to the airport was expensive. there is no cheap convenient alternative.

  I forgot to bring my telekong for the trip..front office was quick to assist...thnk u....online reservation wwas very prompt....but we really hope u can provide comfortable and more seatings at the lobby...but overall, excellent!

  Great breakfast. the toilets were not very clean. nice room but please clean the toilets better. also the pool was a bit derty too!!!!

  There were many problems with the room like bar fridge not working only the bedside telephone working doors not being adjusted door lock not working , door catch being broken out of door jam, light in closet unable to be turned off i discussed this with the duty manager and only the fridge was replaced by one that was just as bad. so i never worried about bringing it up again
