  The superior bedroom was rather small although the bathroom is sizeable. however the bathroom seemed not very well maintained. requested for non-smoking room but upon checkin i was informed no more non smoking room available. the room that was assigned to me was badly tainted with tobacco odour. the hotel should increase the number of non smoking rooms (floors) or increase the effectiveness of air ventilation as it is not healthy especially if you have children in these smoking rooms.

  House keeping services with some requests had delays sometimes.

  It was quite far from the center.the hotel itself was nice but the quality of service was bad witch was disappointing.

  The lobby is not indicative of the rooms. the rooms are tired, a toilet screached, there was no fridge (had to ask for one). a toilet wasn't cleaned!! a cockroach (alive). certainly not a 5 star hotel.
