  Point négatif de l'hotel: le spa, les masseuses ne sont vraiment pas douées, d'autant plus que le prix du spa n'est pas donné...

  - hair in shower (not mine => was not cleaned before my check in !!!) - toilet running / broken (i fixed it) - floor damaged in living space just generally run down i'm sure it was nice once. staff is very friendly/helpful breakfast buffet was great

  I found that the hotel service was not as good this time, my last stay was perfect. this time i had to get ask for a hair dryer, after being out all day returned and my room still had not been cleaned, empty plates not taken away along with the old news papers and there holders. over all this time the service was not what i call 5 star.

  Hotel windows are single glazed making noise from street inevitable. needs to be mentioned on the site to ensure you get a room away from the road if noise is an issue for you.

  An excellent hotel...great staffand interesting design...real effort has gone into lighting and room design...minimalist chic that works! fabulous hydrotherapy pool and neat sky lounge with great views over the towers

  I didn't like entering my pin no. in the lobby to pay my bill with a security camera pointing in my direction. i didn't notice the camera until after i had entered my pin. this is insecure for your customers.

  I had two problems at the hotel: - internet access problems for 2 days - room was not cleaned 1 day i put my concerns in writing to the hotel but did not get a response.

  Seul probleme, certaines chambres sentent le renfermé à cause d'un manque de ventilation dans la salle de bain et peinture du plafond s'effrite.

  The hotel advertises many services, e.g. clothing pressing on arrival and shuttle services, however the staff do not mention them when checking in.

  The evening coffee and cakes with the view of the twin towers was a great way to end the day, especially as it was complimentary. the fruit in the rooms, free internet and free water was also good and not the norm in 5 *

  We loved the hotel maya. staff friendly and gracious, we were given upgrades 3 of 5 nights, with great views of the towers at night. staff very efficient, kept track of stored luggage, knew our names, very helpful.

  Hotel ayant besoin d'un petit rafraichissement général. tout cela a tendance à vieillir un peu mal. robineterie chancelante, plaque de peinture manquante dans les chambres etc.... partie communes mieux que les chambres qui sont aussi trés mal isolées. choix du petit dejeuner pas terrible par rapport à d'autres hotels de même catégorie. personnel tés aimable et souriant.

  Dissapointed that could not use mini bar in the room.because of the low booking rate the bar was not included in the room rate(as told but the hotel manager)

  Not quite up to european 5 star standards, but good value for money. don't expect a welcome apon arriving or a porter and you wont be dissapointed. we had a very nice stay and were pleased with all the facilities and were very comfortable in the room. the service culture however, can definately be improved on. everything was a bit slow, and the hotel was not very full so that's strange. all in all it was good and i would recommend the hotel to others.

  A little confusing when arriving as two entrances and although doorman busy we should have been ushered in to the reception immediately rather than wondering where to go. also on leaving our transport to the airport had not been organised though this did not take long to right. we missed out on breakfast which they had told us would be available as part of the service to the airport due to the early departure. we had assumed our flight left from klia terminal but only after being dropped off did we realise there was a completely separate terminal which we then had to pay for another taxi to get to. it would be advisable to check guests tkts as to their correct departure point.
