  Rooms a bit dated but great location right near sentral monerail and the bus station! helpful staff

  I stayed in hotel sentral for 2 nights during early apr 2010. pros: 1. hotel is quite new. not luxury, but good for biz traveler. 2. breakfast is clean and good taste. 3. price is acceptable (my rate is internet rate) cons: 1. the street outside is not very clean. pretty old street. 2. i can hear noise while someone open the door of utility room located right next to my room and it's pretty loud. 3. i can smell smoke coming from the alley.

  The internet didn't always work. plenty of stuff to do and great location next to the monorail and train station.

  On our 1st stay the breakfast had run out of many items and it was very chaotic in the breakfast room and around the buffet all though we came at the end of breakfast. i don't believe the breakfast team was really guest focused.

  Remove or reduce volume of door alarm warning that door is not shut properly and/or adjust doors so that they shut completely. regularly disturbed by alarms during night when adjoining room guests arrived back to rooms and doors did not shut completely.

  The hotel is really good.. we really enjyed the stay here. but the street where the hotel is located is not that great. cant help.. but overall a great experience.

  We ordered mango juice - didn't have. the ordered a lassi - out of yoghurt. service in restaurant non existent. staff very pleasant. room clean. next to mosque so call to prayer at 6 am.

  Perfect situation, near the main station and all subway lines. room perfectly clean and modern. just tv channels in asian and one australian, could be nice to get the popular satellite channels like everywhere in the world.

  Room 1001 if i remember it correctly was very noisy as sewage sounds from time to time and woke me up at night. but aside from that, this hotel is great with a flat lcd screen on the wall and its location. overall great. maybe just choose a silent room.

  It was a perfect location for me, as kl sentral has very convenient transport for the places of interest i liked to visit. my room looked nice and clean, and the service was very good. thank you to the staff, very helpful and professional.

  This is the second visit where the safe is not working.you need to label coffee and tea for breakfast. start breakfast at 6.30 am.

  I am really impressed by the overall ambiance of the hotel. it is also located at a very good location. just a 5 mins walk from the major transport hub.

  Mit öffentlichen verkehrsmittel einfach zu erreichen. die zimmer sind klein, fuer aufenthalte von nur ein paar tage, durchaus ausreichend. die zimmer haben ein schönes design. nur sollte man nicht ganz genau hinschauen, es kann einem schon mal ein aufhängehaken entgegenkommen. preis-leistung und die lage überzeugen.

  If it states kid stay for free, i assume there will be an extra bed provided for the kid to stay with the parents for free. (which is international standard) unfortunately this doesn't happen, i will have to pay rm 50 if i need an extra bed. thats is terrible as i can pay another 80 to get another room. but there is no connecting room nor family room available

  Should note that it is about 15 minutes walk from kl sentral station, not "just across the road" very good mixed clientele, and excellent food available nearby.

  Overall satified but the hotel room too small even i stay at executive deluxe double room. the restaurant was only 1 staff working during b'fast time, the manager was running around at the dining area to clear the table. the front office receptionist should not sit at the car porch area smoking during midnight time with the hotel uniform and open the shoe. it's will spoilt the image of the hotel.
