  Refurbish the rooms. they look much too worn out. the non-smoking floor should be truly non-smoking. my family and i did not enjoying putting up with the smell of smoke in the hallways and even less the hotel's lack of interest in making sure people in the smoke-free floors respected the rules.

  Good location just to comment on slow services at reception have to long wait to check in..only two staff where it can be use 4 counter and that day is holiday..

  Breakfeast has not changed the 6 days we were there. after the 3rd day we were just sick of it. if they can change the food every few days it will be nice

  No internet access in the rooms. only at the lobby or pool area but it's hard to find a seat and it's not convenient. some people brought durians to their rooms so it was quite smelly. i notified it at the reception and the air got better after. the breakfast is very busy!

  Desk, tour and porter staff great. bar restaurant dead and very unhelpful. if you are alone in the bar they refuse to allow you to have the tv channel you want or any volume. so learn to lip read!

  Rooms not cleared yet even though we arrived around 3+ in the afternoon. waited for nearly 45 mins for our room. went in and not clean yet. will only go again for its prime location

  Hotel staff should know what type of food promotion the hotel is having. we were informed hi tea was available and when we went to the restaurant, was told that its only available on saturday and not sunday. other than this everything went smoothly.

  We had requested for connecting rooms and kind/queen size beds as all are couples but was given twin beds instead and no connecting rooms. we were not informed at the time of checking-in and only found out when we entered our rooms. amenities provided are limited, and do not provide basic facial cleanser, tooth brush, or toothpaste. requested for cot bed and the net was torn and with a musty smell. spa is good, will come back just for the spa. carpets need a thorough clean as they smell old and musty even from the point of stepping out of the lift to our rooms.

  The most pleasing thing about this hotel was the staff. the helpful and friendly attitude from all staff was quite outstanding and made our stay enjoyable

  We ended up staying only 2 nights and only because we were too late to check out the second day. the lobby was nice apart from that the rest of the hotel looked very rundown. the first room we were given was very small then there were only smoking rooms available. we filled out the club membership and were not given any of the offers including the 25 % of room rates. the breakfast was chaos poor selection people pushing and shoving no flow to the buffet. coffee was terrible we would give it a 2 out of 10 we are frequent travellers and stay at a variety of levels of hotels this one was one not to remember. room was not clean bedding not clean and aircon was broken. had to stay in a smoking room in the end due to the size of the non-smoking room. bed very uncomfortable. disappointing to say the least.

  Perfect location. overall room and bathroom clean and good sized. some reception staff unfriendly/ need to smile a bit. breakfast experience very poor- felt like a bus terminal, chaotic, too long queues. breakfast quality average.

  To help visitors and tourists, i suggest that the hotel stock up and make available maps and pamplets on kl and the surrounding areas. i could not even get a proper copy of the map around this hotel: i walked over to the federal hotel and got a kl map from the hotel reception.

  Nice hotel good location close to shopping centres and transport. friendly and helpful staff. great breakfast. fantastic view of twin towers from our room window. it was our second stay at the hotel and we will be returning 2009.
