  2010-12-26 - Eu Hong Low - Singapore - Average mark given to hotel :5/10  
  The rooms were not made when we arrived. after a night there a few of us developed skin rashes. extremely dirty bed linen. please feedback to hotel and do something about it or we will stay elsewhere. i have given similar feedback recently before but nothing has changed!

  My children were bitten all over with bedbugs & there was blood stains on the bedsheet. there was no toothbrush provided & inadequate towel & shampoo.

  The hotel is very good, however the location is quiet far. they lack information materials and map of the city and nice places to be visited.information about the category of taxi and fare. . . . but generally the hotel is very good and the staff are accommodating. . .god bless
