  2010-07-28 - Anonymous - Australia - Average mark given to hotel :8/10  
  There were many big family groups at this hotel and it was very noisy through the night with loud voices and doors constantly slamming as people moved between rooms. this is the only reason why i wouldn't recommend it. otherwise it was a very good hotel with friendly, polite staff.

  The hotel reception was very friendly. upon check-in immediately they notice my birthday is on the next day of my check-in, and they arrange to deliver a cake to my room in celebration of my birthday.

  We only stayed one night but our time there was wonderful and i would certainly visit this hotel again.

  Checked into jr suite, big room but tv in bed room not receiving programmes well but tv at living room was perfect; air-con in bed room not functioning well ( not cold ) but the one at living room works well. hence need to open the door to allow air con to flow into bed room. door access straight into bed room while it should be the living room first for suite. this gives me the impression the additional living room is "extra" and of no use! overall impression - bad! conclusion : i will not return on my next visit for sure! thank you.

  I was most impressed with the f & b restaurant for their effort to go that extra mile in making my anniversary a memorable event. my salutation to mr. zell and crew / outlet manager.

  The renovations were a little inconvenient - especially during check-in and check-out, however the staff were polite and helpful. due to this there was some confusions as to location of certain services. perhaps some added notices would be helpful.
