  Location cannot be beaten, cleanliness is good. 5 mins walk to klcc lrt station and twin towers. room insulation was bad, please work on it.

  Safe inside room didn't work. one of the cleks in front desk did not have a friendly behavior. they ask for deposit, even exceeding the total room rent. the basin in toilet was stopped and water drainage was very slow.

  I will recommend your hotel to my friends, provided the service level improves. though my stay was just for a day, i enjoyed it. the room was very clean. but, i felt that the service level at your hotel is very poor. when i checked out of your hotel, myself and my wife were waiting for a cab for more than 25min. inspite of requesting them to help us in getting a cab to the airport, nobody helped us. after waiting, i went on the street to hunt for a cab and found one and then we loaded our luggage in the cab all by ourself and went out of your hotel with disappointment. the service level of an ordinary hotel would be a lot better. my suggestion to you is please ensure that a customer leaves(check-out) your hotel with satisfaction. because those satisfied memories will be in the top of a customers mind. all the best.

  The staff are very friendly and the reception service is good. the hotel should keep up its maintenance of the rooms. i would say for the price it asks for, the maintenance is considerably poor. there is no wireless internet available when most hotels nowadays do provide it for free.

  Great location, big and clean room, good pool, nice lounge and restaurant area. good transportation from airport.

  I would like to suggest that the hotel have some other form of key system. it is not handy to your clientel to only have one key to room, especially when you have to have a key for the elevator as well, and to have to turn it in everytime you leave the hotel.

  Booked for an additional bed and had to wait for 5 hours. when asked to remove the additional bed, it came within 10mins from notice at 7:30am when the guest have not even checked out. to get the parking ticket endorsed was a real hazzle when you have to wait for the available service deck officer.

  The hotel scores very strongly on its excellent location to klcc and other hotels and shopping malls especially for drivers like myself without having to get stuck in traffic jams. this is my second time at corus hotel, certainly not the last. perhaps the hotel could consider offering a loyalty or discount for travellers staying at corus hotel more than certain times within a stipulated period.

  On my last night i saw roaches in my room (#937), extra cost for ice (sm amount, no face towels, large dirty spots on the walls, room was never completely vacumed, room was never cleaned before 4:00 pm. i was ignored when having lunch. the sign said "wait to be seated" after waiting about 5 minutes, i had to ask someone to be seated, even though staff was about 2-3 meters from the sign.

  La chambre avait sérieusement besoin d'etre rafraichie. de plus les draps n'étaient pas propres.

  We arrived very early and was exhausted from the trip. the reception clerk was very accommodating, he graciously explained the risk of early check-in he notified us right away when a room was available. he really saved us from a stressful morning!

  Corus hotel is like home away from home with the hotel's hospitable staff with special mention to faizal at the front door. location is excellent.
